Welcome to Anotly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including any paid subscription plans. By accessing or using Anotly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Overview

Anotly is a SaaS platform that helps users build proof-first career assets, including projects, resumes, cover letters, public profiles, and interview preparation. Payments for Paid Plans are processed through PayFast, our third-party payment provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use this Service. By accessing the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access some features of the Service, including Paid Plans, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and remain responsible for your account security.

4. Free And Paid Access

We offer a free tier with limited access and a Premium plan with expanded access. Premium access is time-boxed for the period shown at checkout. Prices may change, but any change will be shown before payment.

5. Payments

If you choose to upgrade, payment is completed through PayFast. Anotly does not store your card details. Your Premium access is activated after PayFast confirms the payment notification to Anotly.

6. Refunds And Cancellations

Paid access is sold for a fixed access window. You can stop using the Service at any time, and your Premium access will remain available until the end of the paid window unless the account is suspended for violating these Terms. Refund eligibility is governed by our refund policy and applicable consumer law.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, abuse AI generation, or use the platform to build a competing product.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Anotly a limited license to process, store, and display that content only as needed to provide the Service.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services, including PayFast for payments, Clerk for authentication, and AI providers for generation features. Anotly is not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or service availability.

11. Disclaimer And Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anotly is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
